VoixWare, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our "VoixPrism" mobile application (the "App") and related services.

1. Audio Data Handling

The core function of VoixPrism is to transcribe and translate spoken audio. Here is how we handle this sensitive data:

• Transient Processing: When you use the App, audio data is streamed to our cloud partner, Microsoft Azure Speech Services, for processing. This data is processed in real-time.
• No Storage: We do not store, record, or retain your audio data or the resulting transcripts on our servers after the processing is complete. The text is displayed on your device and is your responsibility to save or delete.
• Microsoft Azure Privacy: By using the App, you acknowledge that your audio data is processed by Microsoft Azure. Microsoft's privacy commitments state that they do not use customer data from their Speech Services to train their foundation models.

2. Information Usage

Information Processed Automatically

We may collect the following data to operate the Service:

• Device Identifier: We use an anonymous unique identifier to manage your subscription status and minutes balance without requiring a login.
• Usage Data: We track technical usage metrics (e.g., number of minutes used, error rates) to maintain service stability and manage billing.
• Firebase Auth: We use Firebase Authentication (Anonymous) to secure the connection between your device and our servers.

Subscription Information

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card details. We receive transaction status updates via our partner, Qonversion, to unlock the features you have purchased.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission between your device and our servers/processing partners.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following third parties solely for the purpose of providing the Service:

• Microsoft Azure: For speech-to-text and translation processing.
• Google Firebase: For backend infrastructure and authentication.
• Qonversion: For subscription management and receipt validation.

5. Age Suitability & Children's Privacy

Our Service does not contain any age-restricted, violent, or explicit content. It is designed to be a helpful utility for users of any age who need assistance with hearing or translation.

We do not collect personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, addresses, or photos from any user, regardless of age.

If you are under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions like the EU), please ensure that your parent or guardian has reviewed this Privacy Policy and agreed to your use of the Service. While we do not target children specifically, we comply with laws regarding the collection of anonymous device identifiers from minors.
